7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

7 days from the date of delivery to report an issue.

Returns/exchanges only accepted if the jewelry is unused, unworn and in original condition.

Original packaging, tags and accessories must be intact.

No return/exchange for change of mind, color preference, or personal expectations.

No returns on worn jewelry due to hygiene reasons.

If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Jawahir ul Arab will provide a replacement or refund after verification.

Customer must send clear photos/video within 48 hours of receiving a damaged/incorrect item.

Sale/discounted items: exchange only, or you could make them completely non-returnable.

Return shipping for a customer-requested exchange should be paid by the customer; if the mistake/defect is Jawahir ul Arab's, the brand covers it.

Refunds, where approved, should be processed through the original payment method within a defined period.

I'd also make the policy clearly visible before checkout, because Pakistani consumer-protection guidance emphasizes transparent disclosure of return policies and other purchase terms. 

Every piece is checked before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, let us know within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
